We pick up laundry from residence or designated location and supply you with a reusable laundry bag or bags (each bag holds about 5 loads or an easy 32 pounds). Customers wanting pickup from work or outside of residence can bag or basket clothes for pickup. Once we retrieve clothes and bring back to our facility, we will sort clothes in like colors and materials (delicates/hand wash, jeans, heavy-duty, casual, and normal). We follow all manufactures tagged directions unless customer is informed or article is not tagged. We do not dry clean. Machine water (H2O) washables only. After separating into loads, we check pockets for debris etc. Then, treat stains before loading. Tough stains are soaked for 1/2 hour, then hand agitated with treatment and then laundered. We supply laundry detergent, brighteners, and softeners. We also carry an all natural eco friendly laundry detergent at no extra charge. Remember laundering is a process not an event. We can only work at stains (no removal guarantee). Stains should always be dealt with immediately for best results. After machine washing and drying, we fold or hang clothes. Then, bag them with our reusable laundry bags. Hangers must always be supplied by customers, and left over hangers are brought back to their owners. Then, we contact customer for drop off time, we deliver promptly, and our payment is received. The service cost is 80 cents per pound. Allow 24 hours from pickup to drop off or check for same day service availability prior to pickup. Light ironing is available for serviced clothes. Any bags left behind will cost $6.00 per bag.
