Our Delivery Process:

Laundry Doctor Pickup & Delivery Service’s will pick-up the Customer’s laundry bag upon the Customer’s request Drop-off time for the clothing occurs at least 24 hours after the time of pickup. Pick-ups and drop-offs will occur Sundays thru Thursdays. Laundry Doctor Pickup & Delivery Service will not take place on selected holidays. Laundry Doctor Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.

Pick Up and Delivery, Procedure and Terms:

Laundry Doctor Pickup & Delivery Service will provide Customer with laundry bags and identification cards. Laundry Doctor Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right not to pick-up items that are not in these bags but may at its discretion choose to do so if it is otherwise asked to pick-up items not in the provided bags. Customer agrees not to include (1) non-washable items in the laundry bag, (2) items that are labeled for dry-cleaning only (3) any other items not meant for laundering or dry-cleaning in, or attached to any of the items to be cleaned or inside any of the bags. Customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in its clothing or in the bags that cause any damage to the clothing, cleaning machines, or anything else.
