Your service will include same day service for loads left by 10am. to be completed by 5pm. Otherwise, 24 hour service is guaranteed. If you have a preference for certain items (i.e.,towels with no fabric softener), simply let me know at time of pick up or drop off.
Service Policy:
My policy is to have your items looking better than when you drop them off. I also offer light alterations. Specifically, sewing loose buttons and hems to pants (sorry no denim), skirts and dresses. There is a nominal fee of $3.00 per item to be completed, also with the same day service if left by 10 am, or 24 hour turn around. If a garment has specific care instructions that will take longer, you will be notified immediately. Can not wash items that specifically state "dry clean only".
