Company Policy

We will be responsible for giving you clean folded, and, if you've requested it, ironed clothing in the agreed upon time. You will make sure you've removed all non-washables. You will get excellent service, no excuses.

WASH AND FOLD
It is the customers responsibility to make sure all clothing dropped off is machine washable. I do not check laundry labels and am not responsible if you include non- washables in your load. Laundry is done afternoons, evenings (until about 9 PM) and weekends. Service intervals and duration are dependant upon dropoff: first in, first out. Appointments are always honored first. A last minute drop-off will be accomodated as quickly as possible. I will make every effort to meet and exceed your scheduled needs. (Service duration of 1:30, is per load w/o ironing). Same day service is possible with advanced notice.
