The company?s liability with respect to any lost article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it. The company is not responsible for any damages done by or loss after delivery to the customer?s building doorman, concierge or other authorized delivery receiving person. Also not responsible for mishandling and improper storage by your doorman, concierge or other authorized person. If you are not satisfied with our service, we want to make it right for you. Contact us within 48 hours and if suitable to our process we will clean your garment again at no additional charge. Our aim is to remove all stains and provide the best cleaning service, keep in mind; some stains could not be removed completely. This comprise of failure to follow laundry care instructions, such as chemical damage from spill of perfumes, medications, hair dyes, improper washing techniques at home, perspiration and shrinkage of garments due to incorrect washing methods. We pick up and deliver your garments on time. Though, the primacy of the safety to our employees, other motorists and pedestrians are imperative to our company. In case of extreme weather conditions, traffic jam, civil disturbance or other incidence beyond our control we may reschedule the pick up and delivery date. If there is delay of any kind on our behalf to complete the service we will update the delivery status and date online. We are committed to deliver the schedule delivery on timely manner. At any time our company reserves the right to change the prices and not responsible for any systematic error occurs on the website related to pricing calculator. We will inform you if such a website related error happens related to pricing info. By using our services the customer is abide with our terms and conditions and hold the company harmless from any legal activity that might or might not results from its provided services.
