Company Policy

Our service is valuable, convenient & extremely simple to use.

1) Call us to arrange for a laundry pick-up, or you may simply visit our website, print & fill out our Client Service Form & fax it over at the number provided.

2) Leave your freshly laundered items in a designated spot on the scheduled pick-up morning with your faxed form on top.

3) Your laundry is picked up for processing & carefully hand-pressed & hung on reusable hangers, or folded & neatly placed in one of our eco-friendly reusable totes. The personalized tote, garment bags & hangers are FREE of charge & may be re-used for the next servicing.

4) Your clothes are returned to you & payment is due upon receipt.
