Policies

All clothing will be washed according to label care instructions, unless otherwise specified by the owner.

Any special instructions must be written down on the client's signed information sheet. Service provider will not be held responsible for any damage done to clothing requiring special care that was not in writing.

Any damage to clothing as result of service provider error (i.e. whites being dying pink by a red sock, bleach spillage on a colored item) will result in reimbursement at a fair retail value.
